Volunteer needs include:

Family Advocacy - Family Advocates provide enhanced advocacy services for the initial onsite and follow-up services to non-offending caregivers of children alleging abuse. The family advocate works to assure appropriate referrals for services are in place. They provide follow-up as needed with non-offending caregivers to provide emotional support and monitor additional needs or concerns.
Child Advocacy - Child Advocates provide onsite supervision of children and siblings of children alleging abuse while the Family Advocate and other team members meet with the non-offending caregiver. Advocates focus on providing a safe environment for the children who come to CAPstone. They work closely with the Family Advocate to ensure that the children are properly supervised during the entire time they are at CAPstone.
